The Interprovincial Lottery Corporation (ILC) administers the unique National Millionaire Life game. ILC is the umbrella organization uniting the 5 jurisdictional lottery corporations of Canada: British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC), Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC), Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG), Loto-Quebec and Atlantic Lottery Corporation (ALC).
