    No, WinTrillions is a messenger service that offers you a subscription. Once you pay for your subscription, WinTrillions will purchase lottery tickets in your name. Our representatives will actually go to an official lottery retail store and buy a ticket on your behalf. We then send you a scanned copy of your tickets before the draw. back to top

  • How will my tickets arrive?

    For lottery tickets or Millionaire Raffles, we will email you a scanned image of your ticket. For syndicates, you can view scanned images of all of the tickets your syndicate is playing from within your WinTrillions account page.   • How do I checkout and confirm my order?

    1. Once you have selected all of the subscriptions you want, click on the Checkout button.
    2. You will see a summary of the games you have chosen and the amount of time you wish to play for. Check this information is correct.
    3. Click on ‘Confirm and Pay’ and you will be taken to our secure payments page. The simplest way to pay is with a credit or debit card, but there are various other options you can select.
    4. As soon as your payment is received by WinTrillions you will receive a confirmation email from us summarising your order.

  • When is the best time to place my order?

    All subscription requests must be placed at least 24 hours before the first draw you want to play. For syndicates, the same rule applies, but you need to sign up 24 hours before the first draw of the week in your chosen syndicate. If for any reason we are unable to enter you into a draw you have requested you will not be charged for that draw. back to top
  • When is my subscription activated?

    As soon as your payment can be verified, your subscription will be activated and we will do everything we can to include you in the next lottery draw or syndicate. You will be notified via email when your subscription is active. back to top
  • Can I choose the numbers I play?

    Yes, you can select the numbers you want for individual lottery tickets. However, we recommend the QUICK PICK option where the computer randomly picks your numbers. back to top
  • How do I know what numbers I'm playing?

    Before each lottery draw you will receive a scanned copy of your tickets via email. For syndicates, your tickets can be viewed in your WinTrillions account. back to top
  • How is my subscription guaranteed and how do I know that tickets are bought on my behalf?

    WinTrillions was established and incorporated under the laws of the State of California. You immediately receive a payment notification via email, backed by our company and your credit card company. Once your payment is confirmed you will receive an invoice that confirms your subscription and approves the transaction. Finally, while your subscription is active you will receive a scanned copy of your tickets for each draw. For syndicates, tickets may be viewed in your WinTrillions account. back to top
  • What if I don't receive my ticket?

    When you subscribe to our service you will receive a username and password to access a special area of our website where you will be able to see your tickets at any time. If you don't receive our emails please contact us immediately and let us know. We will resend your ticket or you can provide us with a new email address.   • How can I find out the lottery results?

    WinTrillions will publish lottery results on our website as soon as possible after the official results are released. You can also check the results on the official websites of each of the lotteries or why not sign up here for our free Email Alerts. back to top
  • How do I know if I’ve won?

    There are numerous ways you can find out if you’ve won:
    1. We will always send you an email when you win
    2. For prizes over $600 a member of our Winners Support Team will call you personally
    3. You can also check the lottery operator’s own website
    4. Lottery numbers will be published on the WinTrillions website

  • What happens when I win?

    1. Lotteries and Raffles: All prizes won that are below $600 are claimed on your behalf and credited to your WinTrillions account. Any prize won above this level is handled on a case by case basis according to the rules of the individual lottery or raffle. Where possible WinTrillions claims the prize money on your behalf, however if you prefer to handle your own claim or local rules prevent us from doing so, then we help to facilitate your winning claim by transferring the ticket to you and helping you to claim your prize. We have a Winners Support Team who help our customers to do this and so far we have had thousands of winners who have successfully received prizes ranging from as little as $10 right up to millionaire jackpots.
    2. Syndicates: As the lottery syndicate manager, WinTrillions will claim the winnings on behalf of all syndicate members. Payment of syndicate winnings up to $600 will be made directly to your WinTrillions account. For prizes over $600 payment may be made direct into your WinTrillions account, with a cheque or via bank transfer, according to your personal preferences and in line with local banking laws. We have a Winners Support Team who help our customers to do this and so far we have had thousands of winners who have successfully received prizes ranging from as little as $10 right up to millionaire jackpots.

  • Does WinTrillions share in the prize money?

    WinTrillions does not share in the prizes our customers win, nor do we claim ownership of the tickets we purchase on your behalf. You are guaranteed to receive 100% of the prize money when you win. back to top
  • Does WinTrillions charge any fees for winnings?

    We do not charge any commissions or fees on any prizes our customers win. The price of your subscription is all you will ever pay to WinTrillions. back to top
  • What will it cost to have the winnings sent to me?

    We will never charge you to claim your prize, although if we send your prize money via bank transfer your bank may charge you a small fee for receiving the funds into your account. back to top
  • Will I have to appear in person to collect my prize?

    Whenever possible we will claim the prize on your behalf, however for larger prizes some lottery commissions insist that you be present in order to claim it. Where this is the case, our Winners Support Team will help you to make the necessary arrangements if required. back to top
  • Do I have to pay taxes if I win a prize?

    Possibly. Any individual (US resident or foreigner) winning a lottery prize of $600 or more in the USA must pay federal and state taxes on the winnings. The percentages vary depending on the state. Taxes are normally retained by the lottery commission before they issue the prize money. In most other countries, lottery prizes are tax free, although you may be liable to pay tax in your home country. Our company cannot be responsible for prizes that have not been collected for any reason.
