How do I subscribe?
Subscribing to Wintrillions.com is like shopping online at any other website. Choose the lotteries that you want to subscribe to, place them in your shopping cart, and use the “checkout” option to pay for your order and complete your subscription.

How do I place an order for lottery tickets?
Let’s say you want to subscribe to the MegaMillions lottery for 12 months (104 lottery games). You will click on this option on the Wintrillions.com homepage and a new page will open showing your subscription in your shopping cart. If you want to play other lotteries, you would click on “continue shopping” in the shopping cart page to go to a page where you can select more subscriptions. Clicking on your newly desired subscription will bring you back to your shopping cart showing you both subscriptions and your total order. Now you are ready to check out. Remember that your subscriptions will not be activated until you CHECKOUT, so continue until you see a confirmation page stating that your order is complete!

How do I checkout and get my order?
When you are ready to complete your order and checkout do the following:
1- Click on the “checkout” button (this will be visible anytime there is something in your shopping cart).
2- If you never subscribed to Wintrillions.com before, enter your email address in the "I am a new customer" section and click "submit". Enter all required information on all pages. Your information will always be kept secure and confidential.
3- Once you have subscribed to Wintrillions.com, enter your email address and password to be taken directly to the confirmation page.
4- In the confirmation page, you will see your order and other information in your account. Make any necessary changes to your order or personal information at this time.
5- After verifying the information, click on the “Confirm and Pay” button and wait until you see your order confirmation.
6- When your payment is confirmed by the credit card company, you will receive an invoice via email confirming your subscription.
7- After the start of your subscription, you will receive two emails each week, one before each lottery game, with the confirmation of the purchase and a scanned copy of your ticket with your imprinted name on it.
8- Additionally, you can always log into Wintrillions.com and view your current and previous tickets, along with your account information.

When is the best time to place my order?
All subscription requests must be placed at least 24 hours before the particular lottery drawing in which you want to participate. However, confirmation of your subscription will be subject to the approval of your credit card company. Please ensure that we will have enough time to purchase your ticket at a licensed lottery retail location, to print your name on the ticket, scan it and email it to you.

How do I claim a prize?
a) If you win a prize of $600 or more we will send you the official lottery claim form, which you will fill out, sign, and return to us. We will submit your signed form along with your winning ticket to the appropriate lottery commission for redemption. After verifying your identity and the validity of the claim, the lottery commission will issue a check in your name.
b) We will personally hand you your ticket at our offices so you can collect your winnings yourself.
c) We will send you your ticket via certified mail, or via any kind of transport mechanism that you specify. All risks and costs related to transporting the ticket are your responsibility.

Finally, while your subscription is active you will receive via email, twice a week and before each lottery drawing, a scanned copy of your ticket duly marked with your name.

What if I don't receive my ticket?
When you subscribe to our service you will receive a username and password to access a special area of our website where you will be able to see your tickets at any time. If you don't receive our emails please contact us immediately and let us know. We will resend your ticket or you can provide us with a new email address. Can I choose the numbers I play?

What are Lucky Points? What are they for?
Lucky Points are points that you earn with every purchase on WinTrillions.com. US$ 10 earns you 1 Lucky Point; for lower amounts spent, you receive the corresponding point fraction. The total amount of points you have to your favor is shown on the user header at the top of the site when you’re logged on.
These Lucky Points can be traded for discounts or free subscriptions. Just to get an idea, you're entitled to US$ 1 off your purchase for every 5 points you have. The more points you have, the bigger the discount will be... and if you manage to generate enough points, you can even cash them in for a free subscription.

How can I use my Lucky Points to get a discount or free subscription?
Every time you purchase from our site, our system will ask you if you wish to use all of your points to get a discount. If you'd rather keep on generating them, simply ignore the question. But if you wish to save money and cash your points in for a discount, select that option and we’ll use all of your points to discount their equivalent in US$ from your purchase.

Can I use just some of my Lucky Points and save the rest for later?
Unfortunately, using just a portion of your Lucky Points is not possible at the moment. The only case where this can happen is when your Lucky Point total is equivalent to a discount that surpasses your purchase total. In this case, the system will only use those Lucky Points that cover the purchase total and the rest will remain accredited to your account so that you can use them at a later time.
